Playing Poker App While Driving Causes Fatal Car Accident in Wales

For those who think that playing poker while driving is a good idea, we'd like to point to a recent story coming out of Wales. Lorry driver Stephen Cook was recently sentenced to five years in prison for causing the death of another driver while playing poker on facebook.

The 42-year-old driver was said to be so 'engrossed' in his game that he missed signs warning of queuing traffic on the M25 and subsequently ran his truck into Peter Kendall's car plowing it into a stationary van and seriously injuring the driver who later died in the hospital.
