Microsoft has confirmed plans to release a new massive multi-player Xbox live game entitled Full House Poker. The new  game is currently undergoing beta testing and no official release date has been made, but if beta testing goes well, it could be available as soon as this summer.

The Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) is one of the most popular tournament series on the web. It features millions of dollars in guaranteed tournament prizes and it attracts some of the largest player pools in the online gambling business.  

Today, attorneys for Costigan Media, parent company of Gambling 911.com, will present their case as part of a hearing. The company seeks to unseal warrants and affidavits used to seize over $30 million in online poker player funds. 

On Tuesday, lawyers from the Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association (iMEGA) argued their case in front of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Their intent was to prove that the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) was unconstitutional.
