Full Tilt Poker has announced that they will be hosting an exclusive freeroll tournament for members who make their first deposit during the month of July. The exclusive tournament will feature a massive prize pool of $100,000, making July the perfect time to start a Full Tilt Poker account.

The Grand Opening of the Aria Casino marked a big day for the City within a City on the Las Vegas Strip. A huge turnout emerged to take part in the first Aria experience including big names in the poker world. Poker players were lining up to get a glimpse of the huge 24 table poker room found inside the newest Vegas casino. Within minutes of opening its doors, the only casino within CityCenter had players already showing up in crowds to begin playing poker for the first time ever in the brand new poker room.

 The reporters at Gambling911 have brought us coverage on the online poker scandal with a so called "whale" (high roller), PIC Club Poker, an online payment processer, several online poker sites and the Merge Poker Network.

Basically, PIC Club is claiming that Merge has stiffed them and Merge is under the impression that PIC Club has been involved in fraudulent activity by collecting fees from a high roller who deposits and withdrawals large amounts of money frequently from multiple Merge online poker sites.

 Last week PokerStars and Full Tilt, the top two online poker sites in the business, worked to resolve issues by updating their software. Usually, these updates go unnoticed and are not unusual, but these particular upgrades have been found to be incompatible with some 3^rd party software providers.

Full Tilt Poker released its latest interactive poker software Thursday. With the new software, the site aims to bring players more advanced features and a more personalized poker experience. 

The redesign has two new lobby views, along with an interactive six-step Basic View which allows players to find their favorite games quicker than ever through Favorites and Advanced Filters in the Standard View.
