Absolute Poker's Trishelle Cannatella Takes Home the Celebrity Trash Talkers Championship Title

AbsolutePoker.com has announced that its celebrity endorser Trishelle Cannatella took home another title this weekend. The former reality TV star and overall beauty Cannatella beat out the competition to take home the first ever Trash Talk Championship title at the Hard Rock Hotel And Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday.
A Texas Hold'em charity tournament the Trash Talk Championship featured an exclusive 60 player playing field with such big named celebrity poker players as Lou Diamond Phillips, Nancy Cartwright, Robert Iler, April Scott, Jesse Metcalfe, Nicolas Gonzalez, Shaun Sipos, Sara Underwood, Jessica Burciaga, Jessa Lynn Hinton, Dennis Haskins, Cheryl Hines, Joe Reitman and Michael Godard, turning out to show their support for a good cause.
Half the prize pool went to the Sharon Osbourne’s Colon Cancer Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center which helps improve the overall quality of life of patients of colon cancer and their loved ones by providing at-home help, childcare, transportation, access to support groups and patient care service inside the hospital.
In a funny turn of fate Cannatella who expected to be booted from the tournament early on was forced to miss her plane in order to finish up the final two tables of the competition. Being the sweet heart that she is upon winning the title, the crystal cup, a seat at the WPT Celebrity Invitational and most of the pot money she went right head and donated the majority of her winnings back to the charity.
This isn’t the first time that Cannatella has proven that she has some real poker playing potential she has won a number of smaller competitions and has made some prominent appearances on Celebrity Poker Showdown in the past. It should be interesting to see what she has in store for all of us in the near future.
