Name: Joe Sebok

Winnings to Date: $1,886,126

Joe Sebok was born in San Francisco, California on March 25, 1977. His stepfather is professional poker player Barry Greenstein and some people refer to him as the “cub” because he is the son of the “Bear.” Sebok began playing professional poker in 2005 and has been on a journey in the poker industry ever since.
To date, he has earned himself over $1,800,000 in live tournament winnings and is the co-founder of PokerRoad.com with his Stepfather, Greenstein. PokerRoad is a poker media combination of TV, radio and online news.
Sebok also hosts a show on the Versus Network called Poker2Nite which discusses the latest stories related to poker including interviews and tournament updates. In September of 2009, Sebok joined team UB and became their Media and Operation Consultant, furthering his poker career yet again.
Among his many accomplishments are a 7th place finish in the WPT Shooting Star event for $130,000, 7th in the WPT Legends of Poker, final tables at the WSOP, and 56th place at the WSOP main event.
Sebok is known throughout the poker community for his wild and daring prop bets with long time friend and Pokerroad co-host, Gavin Smith. One of these more hilarious prop bets happened between these two and fellow player, Jeff Madsen at the 2010 LA Poker Classic. The first one to be eliminated from the competition would have to get the other two player’s faces tattooed on their body. Sebok was the first to bust out of the tournament.
Sebok has also been featured on the cover of Bluff Magazine and enjoys rock and roll.
