Fox Sports Net Release Official TV Schedule for the Broadcast of WPT Events

 

 

 

 

 

 

The newly-revamped World Poker Tour (WPT) broadcasts will be coming to Fox Sports Net this February. The sports network released a full schedule last week that includes 26 straight weeks of poker action beginning with the Bellagio Cup VI on February 13th and ending with the WPT Championships on August 7th.

Tony Dunst Chosen to Host Raw Deal in the WPT's National Talent Search

 The World Poker Tour (WPT) has announced the winner of their national talent search. Poker pro Tony Dunst will now serve as the host of the WPT’s newest television segment, The Raw Deal. Dunst who beat out hundreds of contestants for the contract he will join the WPT team when telecast of Season IX of the WPT begins in January on Fox Sports Net.

Time is Running Out to Qualify for the WPT London at PartyPoker with Last Call this Weekend

PartyPoker is giving players the chance to win seats to the World Poker Tour (WPT) inaugural event in London taking place later this month. WPT Casting for the Last On Air Team Position for a New Poker Show

The World Poker Tour is looking for a new member for their on-air team.  The tour will be hosting open auditions for the part in person at The Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles on August 19, 2010 from 11:00am to 8:00pm and online through their facebook page now through August 15th at 11:59 p.m. PT. 
 
In order to qualify for the contest you must be 21 years of age or older and have poker playing experience. The selected player will take a seat next to WPT stars Mike Sexton, Vince Van Patten, Kimberly Lansing and the stunning WPT Royal Flush Girls.

Bellagio Cup VI Title Has Been Claimed by Moritz Kranich

 Mortiz Kranich stepped up to the winners circle after outlasting the likes of Phil Ivey and BLUFF columnist Justin “BoostedJ” Smith at the final table of the Bellagio Cup VI Main Event. Kranich entered the final table with a major chip lead and went on to claim the title and the $875,150 first place prize during the final day of play.
