Although predictions are already pouring in when it comes to WSOP Player of the Year, it’s unsure if those players will transform their success into a main event win.

For instance, the 2009 WSOP odds to make the final table (played on November 7) don’t list Jeff Lisandro or Ville Wahlbeck, even though both men top the leaderboard this week.

Vanessa Rousso, one of these year’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit models and everyone’s favorite poker gal, recently filmed a commercial for the poker room PokerStars.

“[I am] filming a scandalous commercial for PokerStars,” Rousso revealed. “Let’s just say bathtub and bubbles are involved.”

Rousso shot the commercial in between games at this year’s World Series of Poker, where she’s earned $80,000 so far.

Vanessa Rousso was presented with very long odds to win the NBC Heads Up Championship sponsored by GoDaddy. As a relatively new player, first making a name for herself in 2007, she was up against pros with years of experience. But, with the NBC Heads Up Championship, she proved everyone wrong earning a 2nd place finish to Huck Seed.
